Sydnie Hornback

Ms. Hornback received her B.A. in Political Science from California State University Chico and earned her J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law (cum laude). She was admitted to the California State Bar in May 2025.

Ms. Hornback began her legal career in criminal defense work at the Orange County Public Defender’s office. She represented those who were unable to afford an attorney by ensuring their constitutional rights and freedoms were not being violated. She successfully tried misdemeanor jury trials and argued motions on behalf of her many clients.

Ms. Hornback transitioned into employment plaintiff work where she now represents clients in a variety of employment-related matters, including discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour disputes. She understands the challenges individuals may face when dealing with legal issues and strives to ensure that her clients feel informed, supported, and confident in their case.
